Complaint Handling & Grievance Redressal
If something is wrong, we want to know — and you deserve a clear path to resolution, with independent escalation options at every level.
How to raise a complaint
- Email (preferred): write to cs@invinind.com with the subject line “Complaint”. Please include your name, folio number (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
- WhatsApp / Phone: email cs@invinind.com.
Escalation matrix
If you are not satisfied at any level, you can escalate to the next — independently of us.
| Level | Escalate to | How |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | INVININD WEALTH (your Distributor) | Email cs@invinind.com (subject “Complaint”) or email cs@invinind.com. Acknowledgment in 48 hours; resolution target 30 days. |
| Level 2 | Concerned AMC — Investor Service Cell | Every mutual fund house has an investor service cell; contact details are printed on your account statement and on the AMC's website. We will share the exact contact for your scheme's AMC on request. |
| Level 3 | AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India) | Lodge an investor complaint via www.amfiindia.com (Investor Corner → complaints against distributors). |
| Level 4 | SEBI SCORES | File online at scores.sebi.gov.in. SEBI toll-free helpline: 1800 266 7575 / 1800 22 7575. |
Online Dispute Resolution (Smart ODR)
Investors in the Indian securities market can also use the Smart ODR portal (smartodr.in) — a common online dispute resolution platform established under SEBI's framework — for conciliation and arbitration of disputes with market participants, after first attempting resolution with the concerned entity and through SCORES.
Raising a complaint with us, the AMC, AMFI, SEBI or Smart ODR does not take away any other legal rights or remedies available to you.
